In November 2022, Reliance Transport took a significant step towards sustainability with the introduction of two Scania 25P electric trucks in New Zealand. These trucks mark the beginning of "Project Switch," an ambitious eight-stage program aimed at achieving carbon neutrality and operational efficiency. Project Switch aligns with our commitment to creating a sustainable legacy for future generations.

Fleet Replacement

Our strict four-year replacement cycle ensures maximum uptime and efficiency for our fleet. The introduction of Scania trucks in November 2022 replaced our last Euro-5 models, symbolizing our commitment to embracing electric vehicles.

Before choosing Scania, we explored various options in the market. We selected Scania due to their factory-backed support and service, which are vital for our operations.
